Should you not be 100% satisfied with your Product please let us know and will gladly assist in any way. Please do read the below policy to see if you meet the standard requirements for a return, refund or exchange. If you are still not happy please contact us on and we will see what we can do.

This policy forms part of the LileyandLuca Terms of Use.  Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights or our liability in any way.

1. Unwanted Products

In general, you can return an unwanted Product to us, provided that: 

In order to request a return the following steps can be followed:

Step 1:                    

Request a return on the Website by submitting a message or by emailing us within 48 hours of delivery to you of the unwanted Product explaining the reason for the exchange.

Step 2:                    

We will then arrange a courier to collect the Product from you at your cost (unless the Product is damaged - we will then collect free of charge), alternatively you can arrange the courier. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a Product that is not properly packaged for transport. 

Step 3:                    

We will inspect the Product and validate your return.

Step 4:                    

We will, at your request, credit your account, refund you with the purchase price of the Product (which does not include the initial delivery courier fee), alternatively issue an exchange. The credit / refund / exchange can take up to 7 days from receipt of the Product to reflect or to be issued. 

Please note that if the above requirements are not met we are entitled to refuse your request.

2. Direct Exchanges

We are able to replace your item with the same item in a different size or colour based on the following:

Should a Product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection either through the Website or by emailing within 48 hours of receipt of the Product and provide a picture of the damaged item.

We will arrange to collect the Product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the Product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the Product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit your account / refund you with the purchase price of the Product. Credits and refunds if validated will be effected within 7 days of receipt of the Product. If you have requested a repair, we will contact you regarding the applicable time periods.

5. Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that the Products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.

All products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. You may report any defects within 1 month of purchasing the Product. Some brands carry further Product warranties which will be stipulated under the Product information page.

Please note that any warranty provided does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, failure to use the product as specified or in any reasonable manner.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a Product or any characteristic of a Product, which makes the Product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

If the Product is defective and fits the criteria detailed above, steps 2 to 4 for a returns request will be applicable.

LileyandLuca is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair / replacement for any return logged after three months, as your remedy lies with the supplier or manufacturer.
